Yes. Teams can reuse company-owned Cards and recorded decisions across projects, with access governed by your organisation’s permissions. That knowledge stays with the company when people change, including the reasoning behind decisions. Independent professionals can keep and reuse their own business knowledge in the same way.

Your organisation’s admins assign roles and permissions. Authorised people can make and approve changes to the parts they are responsible for. Other team members work from the approved version, with its history available.

Apshan keeps the version history and flags linked information that needs reviewing. The people responsible review the impact and approve any revisions. A flag identifies work to check; it does not rewrite or approve that work automatically.

You can inspect the sources and exact Card versions used for an answer. Research answers link claims to supporting sources, so you can check the evidence before relying on a recommendation. An answer records the context it used, even if the underlying Card changes later.

For research requests, Apshan checks whether the evidence supports the question and records gaps, stale information and conflicts. You can review the sources and those limits before acting on a recommendation. AI can still make mistakes, and your team remains responsible for approving changes to company knowledge.

Company information is separated by workspace, and access follows your organisation’s permissions. AI requests use a European service and receive the context included for the task.
