No. Apshan never auto-charges beyond your subscription. Top-ups are explicit purchases. Your monthly allowance caps metered usage until you choose to buy more credits.

You can purchase a credit top-up. The standard rate is €100 for 1,000 credits. Your published monthly allowance stays the same; purchasing extra credits is optional.

Monthly credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. Choose a plan whose monthly allowance suits your usage.

You work in Apshan. Its current offering is an AI platform grounded in your company’s own knowledge. Access does not depend on a separate AI assistant subscription.

Every individual plan includes the same brand-context foundation: Context Weave, linked and versioned Cards, source references and Visual Recall. Plans differ in monthly credits, research depth and support. Research depth increases from Core on Vista to In-depth on Crest and Extensive on Apex. Higher plans include the research levels of the plans below them.

Crest includes web research up to In-depth, 2,500 credits a month and email support. Apex includes web research up to Extensive, 10,000 credits a month and priority support. Both include the same company-context foundation: Context Weave, versioned Cards, sources and Visual Recall.

Nari and Seolal are long-term research directions. Florye belongs to the planned image roadmap. These plans do not include their future industry datasets, signal services or image-generation features. Visual Recall searches images your brand already owns.

The quote sets the agreed scope for your organisation: seats, workspaces, rollout and support. Team starts at 10 seats; Enterprise lists unlimited seats. Additional requirements are discussed before an agreement is made.

You can upgrade mid-cycle, with the unused balance prorated to the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Annual prepayments are non-refundable.

The published introductory offer is 100 credits, valid for 14 days once access is granted, with no card required. Access is reviewed through the application process; sending a request does not start a paid subscription.
